Cynthia Crane, President

Cyndi is a single mother who chose to give birth in spite of doctors’ recommendations that she abort and has raised a beautiful daughter for 18 years. Cyndi’s counseling focuses on the individual needs of her clients with an emphasis on building a relationship of trust and safety. Well-known for her ability to relate to women in crisis, Cyndi has developed long-lasting relationships among her more than 200 clients.

Paul Coronado, Chief Operating Officer

With more than 15 years serving the Hispanic community, Paul combines his passion for serving those in need with his extensive counseling and human services experience. He comes to Waterleaf with a Masters Degree in Counseling and experience in program coordination. Paul has been called “mil usos” which means “a thousand uses”. He is responsible for Waterleaf business and development while providing bi-lingual counseling support to both men and women. Paul is the father of five. 

Teen Advisory Group

Our Waterleaf teen advisors help keep us on the pulse of the needs and concerns of the teen community. They are available to offer practical advice and moral support, as well as provide updates on resources available to the teen community.
